Required Course Elements Remember to set up your Required Academic Engagement Activity. UCF Policy 4-403 was updated over the summer. As a reminder, all faculty must post their syllabus in their Webcourses@UCF section(s) using Simple Syllabus by the first day of the session. The syllabus within the Simple Syllabus tool is the official UCF syllabus for grade appeals and other academic decisions. Learn more about Simple Syllabus and UCF Policy 4-403. Important! New Webcourses@UCF Updates Enhanced Rubrics provide visual and functional enhancements to rubrics across Webcourses@UCF. To enable this feature in your course, go to “Settings”, click the “Feature Options” tab, and enable the “Enhanced Rubrics” feature. Microsoft deprecates Teams Classes and Teams Meetings LTI A new version of UDOIT delivers more comprehensive accessibility scan results, making it easier to identify and address learning barriers in your course. To learn more or get hands-on experience with the new UDOIT, consider registering for one of our fall workshops. Webcourses@UCF Reminders Combine courses. using the Faculty Webcourse Manager before students have access; otherwise, course materials and student submissions will be lost. If you need to combine courses after the first day of the semester, please contact Webcourses@UCF Support. Please ensure that you have selected a grading scheme for your course and that it matches the one in your Simple Syllabus.
