This is our Collaboration Room, which holds a capacity for small groups. The Collaboration Room offers a whiteboard table with markers; a monitor with keyboard and mouse; and a 360-video camera for virtual meetings. Book a Collaboration Room FMC’s Training RoomDiscover the perfect setting for focused learning and collaborative training sessions in our thoughtfully designed Training Room. The FMC Training Room is designed to accommodate various layouts and instruction needs. This faculty/staff only space is able to be setup for group breakouts (24), expos, theater (40) and more. With comfort and functionality at its core, our intimate space is tailor-made to facilitate productive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for larger groups. How Far in advance should i book to ensure availability?Faculty members should book a training room or collaborative space more than 24 hours in advance of their desired date. What is included or not included when i book a training room?Our staff is ready to provide support for you or your group. We offer state-of-the-art monitors and screens as well as white boards for brainstorming sessions and additional technical supplies to assist in any presentations. Can I modify or cancel a space reservation, and what is the cancellation policy?We ask that you cancel your meeting space reservation 24 hours in advance. Yes, we provide on-site technical support and equipment, including monitors, white-boards and markers. However, we do not provide onsite classroom assistance. Are catering services available when booking a space, and how do I arrange for them?We do not offer catering and we ask that you limit food and drink at the FMC. What is the cost associated with booking different types of spaces, and are there any additional fees?Training rooms and other collaborative spaces as well as services at the FMC are free to use for graduate assistants and faculty.
