How to Login to Webcourses@UCF

There are three ways to access Webcourses@UCF. You can read about each of the three methods below.

Method 1 – Access Webcourses@UCF through myUCF Quick Links

Use the video tutorial below to learn how to access Webcourses@UCF through the myUCF Quick Links menu.

The text directions below will mimic those found in the video tutorial.

  1. Open a Supported Web Browser.
  2. Navigate to my.ucf.edu
  3. Click Webcourses@UCF in the myUCF Quick Links menu.
  4. The UCF Federated Identity page will be displayed. Enter your NID and NID Password into the appropriate fields.
  5. Click Sign On.
  6. You will then arrive at your Webcourses@UCF dashboard. Click Courses in the global navigation menu to access your courses. Click Dashboard to quickly access favorited courses.

Do Not Bookmark the Federated Identity Page

To avoid login issues, do not bookmark the URL of the Federated Identity webpage.

When you first log in, we recommend that you Configure Your Notification Preferences.

Method 2 – Direct Access

You can also access Webcourses@UCF by navigating directly to https://webcourses.ucf.edu. Specific directions can be found below.

  1. Open a Supported Web Browser.
  2. Navigate to https://webcourses.ucf.edu.
  3. The UCF Federated Identity page will be displayed. To avoid login issues, do not bookmark the URL of the Federated Identity webpage. However; you can bookmark the https://webcourses@ucf.edu URL.
  4. Enter your NID and NID Password into the appropriate fields.
  5. Click Sign On.
  6. You will then arrive at your Webcourses@UCF dashboard. Click Courses in the global navigation menu to access your courses.

Method 3 – Download the Canvas Mobile App

Webcourses@UCF can also be accessed on IOS and Android mobile devices by using the Canvas by Instructure mobile app.

  1. Download the Canvas by Instructure App. Download [Apple App Store, Google Play Store]
  2. Open the Canvas by Instructure App.
  3. Search for the University of Central Florida in the search box. You can type UCF, Webcourses, or University of Central Florida.
  4. Select University of Central Florida from drop down.
  5. Log in to Webcourses@UCF using your NID and NID Password.
  6. If this is your first time accessing Webcourses@UCF through the mobile app, you will need to authorize the app for access to your account.
