We produce and manage multimedia for online classes at UCF. We offer a wide range of multimedia production services and project development. While our main goal is to create digital media experiences for UCF’s online courses, we also work with on and off campus organizations on special projects. Using the latest in production technology, our fun, innovative, and multi-faceted team partners with faculty to meet the ever-growing media demands of online education. Aaron Hosé Media Production Manager & Lead Producer Aaron.Hose@ucf.edu (407) 823-4404 Aaron Hosé has spent the past 25+ years creating award-winning films and videos. He has produced, directed, shot, and edited a wide range of projects, including documentaries, commercials, educational media, tv and web series. His work has screened at hundreds of film festivals around the world and has been distributed on platforms like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and Tubi. Aaron has been recognized with multiple industry awards and honors. He has received 12 regional EMMY® Awards among 25 nominations, for his excellence in Producing, Directing, and Editing. He holds a BA in Liberal Studies and an MFA in Film from the University of Central Florida, as well as a degree from the Valencia College Film Technology Program. He currently serves as Lead Video Producer at UCF’s Center for Distributed Learning, where he creates engaging audio and video content for online education. Christine Kane Video Producer Christine.Kane@ucf.edu (407) 823-4908 Christine Kane is an award-winning producer, director, and cinematographer with over a decade of experience in the film and video industry. She previously served as an Online Course Media Developer at the University of North Florida, creating custom videos, animations, and graphics for online learning. Her feature and short documentaries have earned 8 Suncoast Regional EMMY® Awards and have been featured at international conferences, including Academy Award-qualifying film festivals. Christine is a graduate of the University of Florida and an Orlando native. George Lopez Video Producer George.Lopez@ucf.edu (407) 823-0489 George David Lopez has over twenty years of experience working in documentaries, feature films, shorts, corporate instructional video, fund-raising media, television news, and commercials. He graduated from Fitchburg State University with a B.S. in Communications Media and then served in the United States Air Force as Combat Cameraman. He is currently enrolled in the Feature Film Production MFA track at the UCF Nicholson School of Communication and Media. George is an EMMY® winning producer/editor and motion graphic designer who's worked for clients such as Fox 35 News, Orange TV, Universal Studios, Walt Disney World Fine Arts Photography, FEMA, Women in Film, UCF College of Medicine, Jewish Impact Films, and the NFL Alumni Association of Central Florida. He previously worked as a Course Director at Full Sail University teaching editing and visual effects, and as the Film Director at the F.I.R.S.T. Institute where he developed and oversaw their film program. Tim Reid Video Producer tim.reid@ucf.edu (407) 882-2282 Tim Reid is an award-winning video producer with over 20 years of industry experience as a director, cinematographer, editor, and digital animator. He was born and raised in Maryland and moved to Orlando to pursue higher education, and has earned a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Studio Art and Design, Bachelor in Fine Arts Degree in Film Production, and an Associates Degree in Recording Arts. With this diverse background, he thrives in various roles and responsibilities across the entire production spectrum. He has been privileged to provide artistic and technical leadership for a number of projects and initiatives, both live-action and animated. Tim is passionate about art, music, film, and technology and is inspired by those fields to bring the same level of creativity and excellence into projects focused on education. His work has been featured in art galleries and film festivals across the United States and France, and has been recognized with five regional EMMY® Awards. Wendy Dye Video Producer wendy.dye@ucf.edu (407) 883-4992 Wendy Dye has over 20 years of experience in instructional development, multimedia, and television and theatre production. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing, and an M.A. in Technical Communication from the University of Central Florida, and a B.A. in Theatre from Florida State University. Her career includes roles as producer, broadcast coordinator, stage manager, and casting director, with projects for Fox Broadcasting, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Valencia College, the Public Theatre, Manhattan Theatre Club, Roundabout Theatre, and Blue Man Group. As a member of the Video Team at UCF’s Center for Distributed Learning, Wendy develops and produces multimedia content by combining technology skills with creative storytelling.
