The path to a successful online course can be challenging. Luckily, you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re an instructor teaching online for the first time or a student experiencing a technical error in an online course, we provide the support you need.

Please note that we only offer remote support on Friday through Sunday, and support during our evening hours may vary due to current staffing limitations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Operational Hours During Campus Closure

Webcourses@UCF Support will be available Monday – Sunday, 12pm – 5pm for remote support.

Support will not be available December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. We will resume normal hours of operation on January 2nd.

Instructional Design Support

Faculty who have completed the appropriate development training offered by CDL may also have access to an Instructional Designer. Use our Instructional Designer Lookup Tool if you do not know who your assigned Instructional Designer is.
