Who can take HQR4444?

Faculty who have engaged in at least one Quality or High Quality online course review with an instructional designer, and have received a Quality or High Quality designation for at least one of their online courses, can participate in HQR4444.

Objectives of HQR4444

Upon completion of HQR4444, faculty will be able to:

  • Identify the High Quality Online Course Review standards
  • Describe the steps contained in the High Quality Online Course Review Process
  • Articulate the faculty member’s role and responsibilities in the review process
  • Apply High Quality Online Course Review standards to online course elements
  • Identify measurable, effective recommendations for course improvement
  • Gain proficiency in using the review online platform

Why should I take HQR4444?

HQR4444 is required for faculty who are committed to engaging in a High Quality online course review for one of their online courses and/or are interested in potentially serving as a reviewer for other faculty’s online courses.

Faculty who complete HQR4444 will receive a formal certificate of completion.

How do I enroll in HQR4444?

If you have engaged in at least one Quality or High Quality online course review with an instructional designer, and have received a Quality or High Quality designation for at least one of your online courses, you may enroll in HQR4444. Enrollment in HQR4444 takes place when you request a High Quality online course review for one of your online courses that already holds a Quality designation.
