Accessing UCF Zoom


If you are interested in recording a Zoom lecture in advance or hosting a Zoom meeting without inviting your entire course, you will need to access Zoom outside of Webcourses@UCF. You can access Zoom through the Zoom website or with the desktop application.

Please note: Starting on December 15th, 2023, you will be required to use your UCF NID and NID password and authenticate with MFA to log in or join a Zoom meeting when navigating to ucf.zoom.us. If configuring MFA for the first time, please refer to the following articles based on the authentication method you are prompted to register for:

Accessing Zoom through the Browser

  1. Navigate to ucf.zoom.us.
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Enter your NID@ucf.edu.
  4. Log in with your NID and NID password.
  5. Authenticate using Microsoft or Duo MFA.

Accessing Zoom through the Desktop App

  1. Launch the Zoom application.
  2. Click Sign in with SSO.
  3. Type ucf into the Your company domain field.
  4. Click Continue. A browser window will open.
  5. Enter your NID@ucf.edu.
  6. Log in with your NID and NID password.
  7. Authenticate using Microsoft or Duo MFA.
