As a reminder, all faculty must post their official syllabus in their Webcourses@UCF section(s) using Simple Syllabus by the first day of the session. Important Update to Webcourses@UCF Updates: Over winter break, Materia was updated, which will require that faculty who use the tool re-enable the Materia link in the left course navigation. Course Setting Reminders for Webcourses@UCF: Combine courses using the Faculty Webcourse Manager before the semester begins to avoid losing materials or student work. If you need to combine after the term starts, contact Webcourses@UCF Support. Grading Scheme. Verify that each course has the correct Grading Scheme, matching what’s listed in your Simple Syllabus. Exam Proctoring information is available for Respondus Monitor and Respondus Lockdown Browser. For Group Assignments, confirm you’ve selected the correct groups and that all groups have students assigned. Review your Webcourses@UCF Notification Settings to ensure you receive timely updates.
