UCF Financial Aid Requirement

UCF Policy 4-403.2 – Syllabus and Published Course Policy

  • All UCF instructors, regardless of course modality, must post their syllabus to their published Webcourse by the first day of the term. For the full content of this policy please visit https://policies.ucf.edu/documents/4-403.pdfNOTE: For GEP core courses, syllabi must be posted using the Simple Syllabus LTI 45-days prior to the start of the semester in accordance with BOG Regulation 8.003.

Webcourses@UCF Reminders

  • Combine courses using the Faculty Webcourses Manager before students have access, otherwise course materials and student submissions will be lost. If you need to combine courses after the first day of the semester, please contact Webcourses@UCF Support.
  • Zoom tips for effectively using Zoom in the UCF Zoom Guides | How to Access Zoom
  • Exam Proctoring information is available for Respondus Monitor and Respondus Lockdown Browser.
  • Webcourses@UCF Maintenance Window Access may be limited during the regularly scheduled Maintenance Window on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 12:05am to 2:05am ET. Use https://status.ucf.edu/ to check operational system status of Webcourses@UCF and the campus network.
