Technical Support for Both Faculty and Students

  • Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 9 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Afternoon support may vary

We offer remote-only support Friday through Sunday. Availability of support between 8 PM and 9 PM may vary.

Instructional Design Support

Faculty who have successfully completed IDL6543 have access to Instructional Designer assistance. Use our Instructional Designer Lookup Tool if you have completed IDL6543 and do not know who your assigned Instructional Designer is.
