Please see “Changes for Combined Courses” for more information. A submission checkbox will now appear on all syllabi requiring faculty to confirm they have or will review all required course materials prior to assigning them to students. This attestation provides for cases where the selection is made by a course lead, team of faculty, or the department. Changes for Combined Courses To ensure that students see the syllabi for the course section they are enrolled in, especially within combined courses, faculty will now need to submit syllabi for each child section. Faculty will be able to complete the syllabi for one of the child sections and then import that syllabus into the remaining child sections. This will also provide the ability for faculty to list any item that is section specific, such as TAs or office hours where it will not cause confusion among students who are not in that section.
