WHAT IS HAPPENING?

At 3:11 AM EDT on Monday, October 20, Amazon Web Services (AWS) began experiencing service interruptions. As a result, Webcourses@UCF (Canvas) and integrated applications may be unavailable or running slowly. Users may encounter:

Complete loss of service
Slowness or latency when accessing course content and integrated tools

Our vendor is awaiting full recovery as AWS works to resolve the issue.
