During this time, scores from some Materia activities did not successfully transfer to the Webcourses@UCF gradebook. Based on our review, this issue appears to connected to a recent Webcourses@UCF (Canvas) system update that temporarily affected how grades were sent from external tools like Materia. Resolution Status As of Wednesday, January 21 at 8 a.m. ET, the issue has been resolved, and scores are now passing correctly from Materia to Webcourses@UCF. We will continue monitoring to ensure everything remains stable. Please note that this fix does not automatically update grades that were not transferred during the affected time period. Those scores may need to be reviewed or updated manually. Action Required Materia saves a record of student activity and scores for all completed activities. We recommend reviewing any Materia assignments that students completed during the affected time period and manually entering any grades that may be missing from your Webcourses@UCF gradebook. For step-by-step instructions on viewing scores in Materia, please review the following guide: Accessing Materia Scores & Data Support and Escalation We recognize the additional effort this may require reconciling Materia scores with your Webcourses@UCFgradebook. If you would like assistance reviewing scores or identifying missing grades in your gradebook, please contact Webcourses@UCF Support.
