Senior Instructional Designer Center for Distributed Learning

Sue Bauer is a senior instructional designer with the Center for Distributed Learning at the University of Central Florida. Sue collaborates with faculty to deliver professional development opportunities and apply best practices in course development. She offers consultation and instructional design guidance to faculty at the University. Sue’s special interest areas are project management for instructional designers in higher education, mobile teaching/learning, and professional development for online educators.

Interim Chair Department of Foodservice & Lodging Management

Dr. Amy Gregory serves as interim Chair of the Foodservice & Lodging Management Department and Faculty Fellow for Space Tourism Programming & Initiatives at UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Dr. Gregory has numerous academic publications and citations, grants/contracts, and is a prolific speaker for various organizations and conferences. Dr. Gregory’s academic career was preceded by more than 25 years of international sales, marketing and business development experience in the lodging and services industries – the last decade as a senior executive with the Marriott Corporation.
