Open Support Labs and One-on-One Support

Webcourses@UCF Support offers Open Support Labs for technical support on the fourth Wednesday of each month, from 10am to 1pm at the Digital Learning Center, Room 217. Simply bring your own device and you’re good to go! Can’t make it to the Open Lab? No problem! You can also request a personalized one-on-one session with our support team by calling 407-823-0407. Personalized sessions can be in person or online screen-sharing (Teams or Zoom). Get hands-on assistance with any technical issue related to Webcourses@UCF and take your online teaching to the next level!

Panopto Essentials

For self-paced training on Panopto, feel free to register for Panopto Essentials. 

If you prefer to take a live workshop with a Panopto administrator in place of the self-paced online course, please reach out to the FMC (fmc@ucf.edu) for more information. This one-hour workshop, if attended from start to finish, will give you the same credential as completing the online course. You are welcome to do both, but you will only need to complete one.
