Course development support is also provided to UCF faculty and staff who are certified to teach online at the university. Elisabeth Greenwood Manager, IT Client Support Elisabeth.Greenwood@ucf.edu(407) 823-0407 Elisabeth came to UCF from Montclair State University where she was Technology Services Coordinator to the College of Humanities and Social Sciences Technical Services. Elisabeth was brought on at Course Development and Web Services in the summer of 2006 to develop training and technical support services for UCF faculty and teaching online courses during the transition from WebCT CE 4 to Vista 4. Her first action was to establish the Instructional Technology Group (now Webcourses@UCF Support) and hire and train Instructional Technology Assistants to provide phone and email support, as well as training assistance. Since then, the unit has absorbed student support for online courses and course development assistance for faculty who have completed professional development tracks for online courses. Now under the Center for Distributed Learning, Elisabeth leads the Webcourses@UCF Support team, a one-stop shop for training and support related to Webcourses@UCF and instituionally-supported integrated applications including Zoom, Panopto, proctoring, mobile, and more! Elisabeth is also involved in Accessibility and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion groups at UCF to ensure that all students have equal access to online learning. Raj Singh Client Support Specialist IV Raj.Singh@ucf.edu(407) 823-0407 Raj initially joined the Webcourses@UCF Support team in March 2013. During his time with CDL, Raj received his B.S. in Information Technology from the College of Engineering and Computer Science at UCF. Previously a Technical Support Assistant for the team, he has since moved into the role of Lecture Capture Specialist, providing Tier 2 support for Panopto and serving as a liaison between CDL and the Office of Instructional Resources (OIR). Raj also co-leads the Webcourses@UCF Support team, serving as a secondary supervisor to the team and providing support for Canvas and various other LMS integrations. Chris Knight Client Support Specialist II Christopher.Knight@ucf.edu(407) 823-0407 Chris was originally a student at UCF and graduated with a Masters in Criminal Justice in 2011. Before joining the Webcourses team in 2022, he previous managed the computer lab in Classroom Building 1. After that he worked in digital marketing and then with the Orange County Public Schools doing IT support. He currently has the role of IT Client specialist II, providing Tier 2 support for Webcourses@UCF and assists in training the Support Assistants. Sarah Moore Client Support Specialist II Sarah.Moore2@ucf.edu(407) 823-0407 Sarah has a Bachelors in Digital Arts and has worked in HigherEd tech since 2014. She started working here at UCF in 2017 for the College of Engineering as an Instructional Technology Specialist I. She was their point contact for Webcourses, Lecture Capture, and multimedia support. She has now moved into the role of IT Client specialist II, providing Tier 2 support for Webcourses@UCF and assists in training the Support Assistants. Marie Brache Client Support Specialist I Marie.Brache@ucf.edu(407) 823-0407 Marie, originally from Orlando, started her career at UCF in 2017. She worked for the Faculty Center for Teaching as a Graphic Design Assistant. She graduated from UCF with a BS in Digital Media: Game Design in 2020. She had experience in web development, video recording and editing, photography, designing digital art, and working as a teaching assistant for the Adobe Initiative. She joined Webcourses@UCF Support in 2021 as a Support Technician, providing Tier 1 Support. Renée White Client Support Specialist I Latricia.White@ucf.edu(407) 823-0407 Renée White joined Webcourses@UCF Support in Summer 2019 and after receiving her Associates at Seminole State, she is currently completing her B.A in Film here at UCF. Renée provides technical support for students, faculty and staff and works on various projects to better the online course experience. Renée is passionate about film, art, and video games. And is currently the team’s record holder of ‘ Most Funko Pops’ on their office desk.
