2025 Dziuban Award Recipient – Nicole Lapyerouse, Ph.D.

Dr. Nicole Lapeyrouse

Nicole Lapeyrouse, Ph.D., Associate Lecturer, Chemistry Department, College of Sciences, was awarded the 2025 Chuck D. Dziuban Award for Excellence in Online Teaching by the Center for Distributed Learning (CDL) and the 2025 Dziuban Award Faculty Review Committee. Dr. Lapeyrouse received this award for demonstrating excellence in online teaching in her course, GLY 1030 Introduction to Geology.

Recognition

Along with winning the award, Dr. Nicole Lapeyrouse received a $1,000 travel stipend for professional conference participation.
