Essentials of Webcourses@UCF is self-paced, just-in-time online training for anyone who wishes to learn the tools and functionality of the university’s learning management system (LMS), Canvas by Instructure.

ADL5000 is a non-credit, online course for faculty who want to teach an existing online course. ADL5000 addresses many (but certainly not all) of the important pedagogical, logistical, and technological issues involved in delivering effective online courses.

IDL6543 is an award-winning, non-credit course for faculty provided by UCF’s Center for Distributed Learning (CDL). IDL6543 models how to teach online using a combination of seminars, labs, consultations, and web-based instruction and is delivered in an M (mixed) mode.
