The PAL instructional designers facilitate the design and development of adaptive courses through a combination of face-to-face consultations, just-in-time training, and ongoing professional development. We work very closely with faculty members to design adaptive instructional strategies, develop course content and assessment, and provide technical and pedagogical support during course delivery.

If you have successfully completed IDL6543, OFRA, Effective Online Teaching (EOT), Teaching with Lecture Capture (TLC), or Effective Teaching with Video (ETV), then you have the benefit of being paired with an experienced Instructional Designer.

CDL Graphics focuses on creating course content graphics and visuals to support online faculty in their teaching and learning. In total, CDL Graphics team members have more than thirty years of multifaceted experience with each member possessing bachelor or master degrees in the visual arts.
