Joe is a native New Englander, so naturally he is a huge fan of the Red Sox and Bruins. He graduated with a B.A. In Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts and has been a professional graphic designer for over twenty years. He also is a fully trained illustrator having attended the Joe Kubert School of Cartooning. In his spare time he creates and publishes his own comic book.


Andrea Rukstalis

Andrea Rukstalis is a versatile artist whose journey through the realm of creativity has been marked by excellence and passion. Her education includes an A.S. in Graphic Design Production, a B.F.A with an emphasis on Studio/Drawing, and an M.A. in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Over the past decade, Andrea has worked as a freelance artist illustrating and creating graphics for her clients. Additionally, she worked as a graphic designer for the West Orange Observer Times, and currently as a Web Designer at the CDL’s Graphic Team. 

Andrea’s dedication to her craft has not gone unnoticed. Most recently, she received an honorable mention from the International Design Awards 2023, a testament to her exceptional talent and innovative approach to design.

In her free time, she crafts ceramics on the potter’s wheel, spends time with her family, and tends to her beloved dog, Ollie.


John Csizmar

John has over 25 years of experience in digital and print design, art direction, marketing, and advertising.

He graduated with a B.A. in Graphic Design from Sacred Heart University in his home state of Connecticut and trained at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

John spent 15 years as a graphic designer handling web, mobile, print, and other physical media design for The Hartford Courant, the country’s oldest continuously published newspaper. He then worked for 7 years at AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs before joining the CDL Graphics team at UCF.

When not working he enjoys going to the movies, playing video games, spending time with his three cats and travelling with his wife, with whom he recently achieved the goal of visiting all 12 Disney theme parks around the world.
