Import Zoom Meeting From ucf.zoom.us to Your Webcourses@UCF Course


If you create a Zoom meeting through ucf.zoom.us, you can import that meeting into your course in Webcourses@UCF.

  1. Navigate to ucf.zoom.us.
  2. Click Schedule a New Meeting.
  3. Each Zoom meeting created is assigned a unique Meeting ID. Copy the Meeting ID for the meeting you want to import into Webcourses@UCF.

  4. Open your course in Webcourses@UCF and click Zoom in the course navigation menu.
  5. Click the triple dotted button next to Schedule a New Meeting. Click Import Meeting.

  6. In the pop-up window that opens, type in the Meeting ID you copied from Zoom and click Import.

  7. Your imported meeting will now appear in the list of Upcoming Meetings. It will also send a notification to your students’ Webcourses@UCF Inbox that a meeting has been scheduled.
