Missing Course in Course List

Why Doesn’t My Class Show Up in Webcourses@UCF?

For Students

If you do not see a course listed in Webcourses@UCF, there are several possibilities:

Did you register in the last 24 hours?

If you just registered for the course in myUCF, you have not been added to the course in Webcourses@UCF yet. This process can take up to 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed since your enrollment, check your course schedule in myUCF. If the course does not appear in your myUCF schedule, contact the Registrar at (407) 823-3100.

Check to see if the course is available.

Click on the “Course” icon in the left navigation bar and click on “All Courses”.

  • If you see your course but the star is a blank outline, then click the star to turn it a solid yellow so the course appears on your Dashboard.
  • If your course appears under “Future Enrollments” then the course is not released yet. Courses automatically open the first day of the term, or at the instructor’s discretion.
  • If in the “Published” column, you see “No”, then your instructor has not made the course available yet.

Still Unable to See Your Course?

If you have confirmed your course registration in myUCF after the initial 24 hours and your instructor says the course is published but you still cannot see the course, please contact Webcourses@UCF Support.

For Instructors

If you are the instructor of the course and it has already been created, you may need to customize your course list so that it appears.

If a course is appearing in your course list but not the Dashboard, you can star the course to add it to your Dashboard. This can only be done for published courses that have been released by the instructor.
