There are multiple ways to embed a video in the Rich Content Editor. The correct method depends on the type of video you want to embed.
Embedded Video Doesn’t Display: You may notice that some embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos) does not display in certain browsers. This is because Webcourses@UCF requires that all embedded content use HTTPS. Some web browsers are strict and will not display the content if this condition is not met. When copying the embed code for a video or other piece of media, use the “HTTPS” option, if available. For YouTube, make sure the “Use HTTPS” checkbox is checked before copying the embed code.
