Student Perception of Instruction

What is the Student Perception of Instruction Evaluation?

The Student Perception of Instruction (SPI) is an online course evaluation that allows students to provide anonymous feedback regarding instructors and courses on a semesterly basis through the myUCF portal.

Which Courses are Eligible

Most courses, regardless of the delivery mode, will have an online Student Perception of Instruction evaluation. Certain types of classes aren’t evaluated such as internships, thesis, independent study, non-graded labs, practicum, dissertation and research.

The SPIs are available for two weeks prior to the last day of class. If the SPI for your class is not available, contact the Registrar’s Office and have them check the SPI schedule.

All other SPI support for faculty and students is through the UCF Service Desk 407-823-5117 or servicedesk@ucf.edu
