CDL Faculty Connect Event

The Center for Distributed Learning (CDL) hosted its first-ever CDL Faculty Connect Event.

Attendees enjoyed light refreshments, swag, engaging conversations, and demos from teams like Webcourses@UCF Support and the UCF Faculty Multimedia Center. This gathering brought UCF faculty together to explore digital learning’s transformative potential.

Faculty Multimedia Center (FMC) Booth: Learn about 3D printing, AI tools, DIY recording studios, VR headsets, and 360-video equipment to enhance your courses. The FMC is available to all UCF faculty. 

Instructional Design Booth: Learn about professional development opportunities and course support. You can also find out how you can incorporate Open Educational Resources and Pressbooks to reduce costs for your students and enhance your course. 
 

Webcourses@UCF Support Booth: Get to know essential platforms like Panopto, Zoom, Canvas, and Respondus Monitor.

Personalized Adaptive Learning at UCF

Discover how personalized adaptive learning (PAL) can support student learning. In this short demo, you will see a variety of software platforms and features that provide students with individualized learning experiences by allowing them to progress along their unique learning path through the course content based on their knowledge, skills, and learning needs.

Polishing Your Online Persona WITH THE VIDEO@CDL TEAM

The Pegasus Innovation iLab partners with UCF Global and internal CDL teams on various global initiatives. In this demo, you’ll discover exciting opportunities available to you, including Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), the STARS repositories, and 360-degree learning activities.

Expand Learning with Continuing Education
